Private and HDB searches
Private residential rentals can be searched through URA by project, property type or postal district. HDB rental data can be searched by town, street or block. The IRAS page links these official services so owners can understand the evidence used for Annual Value.
Compare relevant properties
Use comparable location, size and property characteristics rather than one unrelated transaction. The search informs valuation understanding; it does not automatically revise an assessment or establish the actual rent taxable in the owner’s income-tax return.
