Enter the correct year, Annual Value, property type and occupancy details. The tool builds in applicable annual rebates, yet IRAS notes it may not capture every concession or refund for an individual case. Buyers, sellers and lawyers can use it to estimate or privately apportion tax.
Check what is actually outstanding
Use the balance search or authenticated Account Summary to establish current unpaid tax and past payments. A calculator result is not a payment instruction, assessment amendment or confirmation that arrears have been cleared. Compare the estimate with the actual notice and any processed adjustment.
