Manage donation submissions
The directory identifies Manage Donation Submissions for checking submitted-file status and maintaining authorised-person details. IPCs with no tax-deductible donations must use that service to file a nil return. Prepare the UEN or entity ID and authorised Singpass access. The page estimates donation-data processing within five working days. Submission-status checks should be reviewed alongside the separate instructions for reporting actual donation records through the Donation API.
Submit the CVS declaration through its own channel
The CVS Service Giving Declaration function, previously labelled BIPS, submits the relevant volunteering declaration to IRAS. The service table calls for both Form A and Form B in PDF, with a maximum combined-file size of 4 MB, and the institution’s identifying details. The table retains the former BIPS form terminology, so use the current linked official form when preparing a submission. A donation record is not a substitute for the declaration supporting a corporate-volunteering claim.
