Infographic coverage and example
The infographic describes coverage of more than 53,000 retail workers, yearly S$130–S$160 increases for the specified rungs and at least one endorsed WSQ module or recognised relevant qualification. Its Miss Tan example combines annual wage growth with a promotion from retail assistant to senior retail assistant; the illustrated S$645 / 30% rise is not the increase for remaining in the same role. The 2027 floor is subject to review.
Monthly and hourly gross minimums
Gross wage includes basic pay, travel, food and housing allowances, and productivity incentives. It excludes bonuses including AWS, stock options, special work-expense reimbursements, benefits in kind and employer CPF contributions. Full-time figures cover 35–44 weekly hours, excluding overtime. Part-time rates use a 44-hour basis. Manager and supervisor wages remain market-determined. TCR indicated a 2026 wage-schedule review.
