Choose the correct login and report type
Workers use Individual Users and Singpass, create a report as Platform Worker and read the Rights under WICA declarations. Check personal details and identify the platform operators for whom work was being performed.
Injury and accident information
Record the hospital or clinic, medical/hospitalisation leave, injured body parts and injury type. Specify whether the incident occurred during pick-up or delivery, whether other platform operators were involved and whether employee duties were also being performed. Give the exact public-road or premises location and describe how the accident happened; “NA” or “refer to attachment” alone is not an adequate description.
Drafts, checking and submission
The guide says a draft can be retrieved within 30 days of creation, after which it is deleted. After submission, only certain fields are amendable within the stated 30-day window; greyed-out fields cannot be changed through that function. Preview the completed details, attach supporting records, make the declarations and check the acknowledgement. A saved draft is not a submitted report.
Reporting and claim status
Operators must report within 10 days after first receiving notice of the accident, with fatal accidents notified to MOM as soon as possible. The injured worker receives the case reference and insurer details after notification. Use EmPOWER for claim progress; the guide’s 30-day draft window does not extend the reporting deadline.
