Prepare every shift
Join training and drills, support the SGSecure representative and roster enough trained people per shift. Know emergency and BCP duties and maintain clear, orderly premises. Follow building security rules and report lapses.
Networks and data
Know the cyber incident escalation route, keep staff/next-of-kin details current, maintain neighbour and supplier contacts and use agreed communication channels. Do not improvise technical repairs.
Protect staff and customers
Follow safe lockdown or evacuation instructions and Run, Hide, Tell. Alert security/police from safety, report missing people and update management. Provide first aid/AED only when safe and within training.
After the incident
Support affected colleagues and trained PFA referral, share verified information, prevent shunning and rumours and assist business continuity. Discuss lessons with management.
