Coverage and wage basis
The October 2025 addendum sets in-house security gross wages excluding overtime from 2026 through 2028. It retains a different basis from outsourced security basic wages because hours and benefits differ. An in-house employer must register as such or hold an agency licence, and notify employment under the Private Security Industry Act. Foreign-manpower employers must also meet PWM/LQS work-pass conditions.
Annual increases and review
Each of the three specified ranks receives S$160 annual increases, retaining S$200 and S$230 differentials. Senior Security Supervisor pay is left to market forces. The 2028 levels are subject to the 2027 review. Wages may include appropriate allowances but not overtime or bonuses.
