Access and general conciliation
Employers use Corppass with EmPOWER assigned by an administrator, checked in Assigned eServices. The 10–15-minute form requests industrial conciliation with assistance type, company/union contacts, dispute summary and affected employee count.
Executive limited representation
For Section 30E disputes additionally provide the affected union member’s identity and employment information, relevant contract and dispute details. Use the official service; suspicious bank-login/transfer requests are not MOM practice and can be checked through ScamShield 1799.
