Applicant and timing
Employers or company representatives notify within 30 days of commencement. MOM estimates 20–30 minutes to complete the form. Prepare the young person’s identifying details, including name/NRIC, and a medical report confirming fitness.
Corppass permission
The Corppass administrator/sub-administrator must choose Employment Standards Online (ESOL) under eService Access and assign it to the user. Check Assigned eServices for ESOL; if absent, request the administrator’s assignment before using the service.
Official service and safe access
Use the official notification link. MOM’s service page states that officers will not ask for transfers or bank-login information through phone or email; ScamShield’s 24-hour enquiry line is 1799.
