Eligibility, verification and timing
An employer or employee may register with Corppass. The representative must verify mobile number and email at registration. The form takes 5–10 minutes and registration is immediate. Choose someone proactive, resourceful, committed to safety, able to rally colleagues and work under pressure.
Role and changes
The representative promotes preparedness, leads workplace-guide implementation, follows updates, activates continuity plans and contacts MOM during crises. To replace a representative or edit the same person’s details, log in and choose Replace an existing SGSecure Representative. To enquire about company records or remove representatives after business closure, email [email protected]. Consult the linked user guide.
Transaction security
MOM does not ask for transfers or bank credentials through calls or email. Check suspicious requests via official guidance or ScamShield 1799.
