Report an Employment Act violation

What can be reported

Reports may concern salary, annual/sick leave, public-holiday rights, hours, overtime and rest days. Check Employment Act coverage first. Log in with valid Singpass and provide employer name/UEN, personal address/NRIC/contact, and employment dates, occupation and salary.

Evidence and official channel

Supporting material may include contract, payslips, CPF or bank statements, resignation/termination letters, timesheets or punch cards, and medical certificates/bills. Use the official report link. MOM never requests bank credentials or transfers through calls/email; ScamShield 1799 can help verify suspicious requests.
