Who can use it and functions
Claimants including injured employees or relatives, employers/platform operators, insurers and legal representatives can view/manage WIC claims, manage appointments, upload evidence and download assessments or orders. Claimants use Singpass, with MyInfo particulars retrieved. Business users use Corppass.
Permissions and help
The Corppass administrator must assign EmPOWER under eService Access. Check Assigned eServices and request assignment if missing. Follow the official document-upload user guide. Use only the official service and do not disclose bank credentials or transfer money in response to purported MOM calls/email; ScamShield is 1799.
