Answer and official guidance
For an accident at your own managed premises, create the report as Employer and select the own-organisation premises option; the role changes to Employer and Occupier. For another organisation’s premises, select Employer and the other-premises option, supplying full workplace name/address or location. Construction-site/main-contractor premises require the workplace number.
