Answer and procedure
For accident mechanism select Others, then Other accident types not elsewhere classified, and specify Medical Condition. For the object/environment field use those same categories and enter the condition exactly supported by the medical document, doctor’s memo or discharge summary, such as stroke hypertension or heart failure.
