When Must an Existing NIHL Case Be Reported Again?

Answer and application

No repeat is needed if hearing thresholds have not significantly worsened and diagnosis is unchanged, such as remaining NIHL Early; retain the original report. Report if never previously reported, thresholds significantly deteriorate or the condition progresses to advanced NIHL.
