Applicable hourly requirement
Retail, food services and occupational wages publish their own part-time hourly rates. For other sectoral PWMs, the official formula is comparable full-time monthly PWM wage × 12 ÷ (52 × 44). Use the correct role and wage period and compare with the actual part-time arrangement rather than applying a full-time monthly minimum without adjustment.
