Replacing a Dependant’s Pass Card: Deadlines, Fees and Collection

Lost, stolen and damaged card procedures, overseas loss, repeated loss, route-specific applications and personal or authorised collection.

Source reviewed: 2026-10-12

One-week deadline and additional steps

Apply within one week of loss, theft or damage. Report a stolen card to the police. If lost overseas, immediately notify MOM for a letter to use when entering Singapore.

A free digital pass is available immediately after SGWorkPass setup and reduces physical-card risks. MOM may interview holders before replacement or after repeated losses. Return a recovered lost card immediately by post to MOM, 18 Havelock Road, Singapore 059764.

Fees and timing

Fees include GST and are non-refundable, including after submission. Most requests are approved immediately; collection is four working days after approval.

Replacement reasonFee
DamageS$65.40
First loss or theftS$109
Subsequent loss or theftS$327

Online and counter routes

The employer or appointed agent uses EP eService and pays by GIRO, Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Approval produces a replacement letter for both parties. An S Pass dependant with three or more lost cards must submit a replacement request to MOM instead of using EP eService.

EntrePass, PEP and EP (Sponsorship) dependants may book an EPSC counter appointment, bring evidence and pay by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, NETS or CashCard. Enable overseas use for foreign-issued cards. A replacement letter is issued at the counter.

Collection location and documents

Collect four working days after approval without an appointment. EP, EntrePass and PEP dependants attend EPSC; S Pass dependants attend the services desk at MOMSC Hall C.

Bring the original passport, replacement letter, damaged card where applicable, and police report for theft. Translate an overseas police report into English.

Personal versus authorised collection

A replacement for a lost or stolen card must be collected in person. A damaged-card replacement may be collected by an authorised person.

That person needs the company authorisation letter, their own NRIC/pass card/passport for identification, the damaged card, the holder’s original passport and the replacement letter.
