From April 2022, employers must buy PCP before issuing relevant passes for new arrivals, renewals or employer changes. All eligible existing workers require coverage by March 2023.
Details and conditions
Coverage applies to dormitory residents or CMP-sector Work Permit and S Pass holders, including examinations, acute and chronic care, telemedicine, screening and scheduled transport. Published annual fees range from S$108 to S$138.
Context and follow-up
Workers co-pay S$5 per physical visit and S$2 for telemedicine under this launch arrangement. Enrolment follows residential zone. Later enhancements change zones and charges; these figures describe the original implementation.
