Businesses employing at least one local worker under sectoral or occupational progressive wages may apply for accreditation through GoBusiness.
Details and conditions
They must pay applicable progressive wages and at least LQS to other local workers. PW Mark Plus additionally requires adoption of the standard supporting lower-wage workers’ safety, training and rest facilities.
Context and follow-up
Eligible government suppliers and subcontractors need accreditation throughout contracts for tenders from March 2023 and quotations from March 2024. SBF administers the scheme; a mark recognises compliance and does not replace the underlying wage duties.
