The accepted retail PWM schedule covers over 53,000 resident workers from September 2025 to August 2028. The entry monthly floor rises to S$2,305 in 2025, S$2,435 in 2026 and S$2,565 in 2027.
Details and conditions
Senior cashier or assistant and assistant-supervisor roles have higher floors. Part-time workers below 35 weekly hours use hourly rates; monthly amounts exclude overtime. The 2027 rates remain subject to review.
Context and follow-up
Recognised training expands beyond the existing WSQ module list to relevant higher-education qualifications and the ITE Retail and e-Commerce certificate. Eligible employers receive PWCS support, with up to 40% co-funding in 2025 and 20% in 2026.
