Specified CSP failures involving nominee-director checks or customer due diligence can attract fines up to S$100,000 on conviction. Following a show-cause process, ACRA may suspend or cancel registration, restrict filing access or impose other measures. The published financial-penalty limits differ: up to S$25,000 per CSP breach and S$10,000 per RQI breach within the specified framework. RQIs also have supervision and correction duties.
