Find the notice in the correct account
Companies view scheme notices through Corporate Tax Notices; partnerships use Partnership Notices/Letters; sole proprietors use Individual Tax Notices. Individual employers have a separate government payout notices function. Prepare the relevant UEN, entity ID or personal tax reference and appropriate Singpass or SFA access. The account route follows the recipient rather than the name of the scheme alone.
Check eligibility and request calculation details
The page lists SEC/EEC/CTO, PWCS and UEC eligibility and breakdown services. Searches use the identifier recorded with CPF Board; requests also need contact information and job title. The published processing estimate is ten working days. For companies with no more than 500 qualifying employees, records are generally mailed to the registered address; larger employee populations receive records through myTax Mail. A breakdown request explains a payout calculation and does not replace a separate appeal or an application that the scheme requires.
