The starter kit helps foreign staff adapt to local culture and workplaces, communicate with locals, build relationships and monitor demographic diversity and inclusion. Inclusive teams can improve engagement, problem-solving, innovation, talent retention and productivity.
Appoint a representative
Register a OneWorkplace.sg representative for a free integration-practice diagnostic, National Integration Council funding support and invitations to TAFEP/SNEF events. These organisations send updates to the representative. NIWG-W, comprising government, industry and unions under the National Integration Council, promotes culturally sensitive management and complements TAFEP’s inclusion work. Official registration, starter kit, fair-employment and SNEF resources are linked below; TAFEP can provide tools and assistance.
