Who should use this calculator
MOM’s calculator is for monthly-rated full-time employees calculating salary for an incomplete month. The version on the official page covers months in 2025 and 2026 and links to the working-days table for those years. It does not establish a separate part-time formula.
Calculation and official tool
For the relevant monthly-rated calculation, multiply monthly gross salary by days actually worked and divide by the total working days in that month. Check the working-day definition in the linked monthly-and-daily salary guide, including applicable public holidays and paid leave. Use the official calculator and its working-days table, and accept the service terms before use.
