For graduates, GRIT provides structured co-funded traineeships of 3–6 months; CareersFinder identifies jobs and training to close skills gaps; Polaris volunteer career advisors offer sector knowledge and personalised career planning. The linked graduate stories cover AI exploration, a GRIT-to-tech-sales journey and turning initiative and interests into experience.
Mid-career change and job seeking
CCPs provide structured on-job training for transitions into jobs with long-term prospects across around 30 sectors. Mid-Career Pathways offers full-time 4–6 month attachments for people aged 40 and above, expanding networks and practical skills. SkillsFuture Jobseeker Support provides temporary financial help to involuntarily unemployed people returning to suitable work. Case stories cover banking-to-healthcare, printing-to-AI and research-to-regional-sales moves.
