Income Supplement
Introduced in 2007, WIS supplements cash income and CPF savings for lower-wage Singaporeans and encourages regular work. Eligibility starts at 30, or 13 for persons with disabilities, with further CPF Board criteria. Older workers and persons with disabilities receive the highest payments. Eligible employees and platform workers receive monthly cash/CPF payouts automatically; eligible self-employed people are paid annually. Amount depends on income and age, with enhanced rules from 1 January 2025. Check individual eligibility and payment details at CPF Board.
