Infrastructure and staff capability
The historical case spans 16 Singapore retail/commercial properties. Staff completed terrorist-threat recognition early; a security-vulnerability audit identified gaps, and central analytics was planned. bizSAFE Star and management safety walks reinforced dialogue, infrastructure and SOPs.
External response coordination
SPF table-top exercises and proposed SPF/SCDF simulations, police familiarisation walks, mapped stairs/exits/meeting points and emergency bags of floor plans and keys were used or planned to improve response. Distinguish proposed measures from those already implemented in the case.
