Training and exercises
The historical 101-hectare garden case describes over 12 million annual visitors and frontline staff at about 30%. First aid/CPR/AED, TOPSIS trainers, induction, bizSAFE 3 and specialist courses support capability. SPF/SCDF/SAF table-top and deployment exercises test explosive, armed-attacker and hostage scenarios, including a Supertree Grove board exercise.
Plans, technology and partners
Regularly reviewed crisis plans, armed auxiliary officers for major events, CCTV, hostile-vehicle bollards and IT phishing tests/website recovery protect visitors and systems. The Marina-Bayfront SSWG quarterly network and MOM engagement support coordination. Staff evacuate visitors from danger and brief authorities rather than taking over enforcement.
