Access and application timing
For employees covered by the Employment Act, employers or representatives apply at least 2 months before deduction begins. The form takes 20–30 minutes; processing takes 30 working days after complete documents. The Corppass administrator assigns MOM EMPLOYMENT E-SERVICES; verify it under Assigned eServices and request access if missing.
Documents and approval scope
Complete the acknowledgement signed by affected employees, supply the latest signed contract or KETs, and describe the amenities/services and their costs. Read the allowable-deduction guide for legal grounds and caps: filing an application does not permit every deduction. Follow the official user guide, and verify suspicious requests via ScamShield 1799.
