I am unable to upload my document on iReport as the file format is not supported. What should I do?

iReport accepts PDF. Convert unsupported JPG/ZIP or other documents to PDF before upload. For WIC claim documents, MOM recommends the WIC Management service, which accepts more formats and provides full document visibility.
