Applicants must offer qualification authenticity and institution-accreditation checks, have at least three years’ relevant Singapore and global experience, and maintain quality processes. A tripartite and industry panel considers coverage, cost, quality and turnaround.
Context and follow-up
Proposals closed on 10 May 2023 at 4pm through GeBIZ. Accepted government and institution portals remain alternatives. This procurement announcement precedes the later selection of twelve providers and is not a current invitation to tender.
