通知及义务开始时间
实体符合运营商定义后，须在 14 天内通知 MOM。义务从 2025 年 1 月 1 日或成为运营商之日中较迟者开始，而非从通知日开始。其后不再符合定义者须通知停止。可核对法例及自评清单；清单仅为协助资源，不构成最终身份判断。
选择正确通知服务
开始及停止通知均区分新加坡 UEN 注册运营商，与个人或外国实体。工作者选择提高 CPF 供款，不应使用运营商通知表格。2025 年 1 月 1 日前已自愿通知者无须重复。目录保留已通知名录及平台工作者法、WICA 和 CPF 法参考入口。
