End of studies
Cancel the pass and surrender any physical card within seven days of ceasing/terminating studies. The school can cancel online; a holder with Singpass may also use the service. Submit at least three working days before pass expiry.
If the service cannot be used
Send ICA an enquiry explaining the submission problem. A physical card may be surrendered to an ICA officer on departure. Cancellation is not a renewal or automatic extension of stay; follow the resulting stay arrangements and deadlines.
