14-day deadline
Notify ICA within 14 days of a passport change or local residential move. Upload the new passport biodata page with its new number. Use the holder’s Singpass for the residential update; seek ICA assistance if the service cannot be used.
Example
A student moving during a course must update the address even if the pass remains valid. A new passport’s number must be linked to the current record. Name/photo changes follow the separate particulars-replacement process.
