Evidence for the change
Name/photo changes require a replacement Student’s Pass; the name must match the passport. Prepare old/new passports, recent photo, relevant deed poll/name-change proof and local medical certification where applicable for a registered-sex update. Non-English evidence needs accepted translations.
Fee and digital replacement
The replacement fee is S$60. Follow ICA’s in-person procedure at 2 Crawford Street. The replacement is digital, even when the old pass was a physical card. A passport-number/address-only update has its own reporting route.
