Issuance after approval
Complete the IPA requirements while in Singapore on a valid pass, including a medical report where requested. ICA attendance is by appointment, or the school may arrange offsite biometric enrolment. Pay S$60 issuance and S$30 Multiple Journey Visa if applicable. The IPA may include a visa where needed, but does not guarantee entry.
Digital retrieval
After completing formalities, follow the email from FileSG to retrieve the issued pass. It is available through FileSG/MyICA in PDF/OA format; Singpass display is available after three working days. Schools may organise offsite biometric enrolment; otherwise book the ICA appointment.
