Who applies?
This ICA route is for a Graduate seeking employment. Graduation must be from a listed Singapore institution. Use the non-Singpass application option and provide educational certificates/transcripts.
Documents and submission
Prepare passport, recent photo, educational certificates and transcripts. Non-English documents need accepted official translations. Prepare originals/copies and complete the declarations in the appropriate ICA account.
Fees and processing
Application S$45; issuance S$60; Multiple Journey Visa S$30 where applicable. Fees are non-refundable. Complete applications generally take six weeks, with longer cases possible. Approval still requires the issuance formalities.
