Who applies?
This ICA route is for a Parent/grandparent of a Student’s Pass child. Only one parent or grandparent may apply. A citizen/PR sponsor aged at least 21 is required.
Documents and submission
Prepare passport/photo, the child’s birth certificate, parents’ birth/household and marriage records, applicable divorce/custody records and a school letter. Non-English documents need accepted official translations. Prepare originals/copies and complete the declarations in the appropriate ICA account.
Fees and processing
Application S$45; issuance S$60; Multiple Journey Visa S$30 where applicable. Fees are non-refundable. Complete applications generally take six weeks, with longer cases possible. Approval still requires the issuance formalities.
