Who applies?
This ICA route is for a Spouse of a Singapore citizen. The citizen spouse sponsors using Singpass. Marriage alone does not guarantee a pass. Complete PMLA before marriage for the six-week route; otherwise the stated processing can be up to six months.
Documents and submission
Prepare the applicable ICA checklist: passport/photo, family relationship records, education and income/employment evidence for the applicant/sponsor where relevant. Non-English documents need accepted official translations. Prepare originals/copies and complete the declarations in the appropriate ICA account.
Fees and processing
Application S$45; issuance S$60; Multiple Journey Visa S$30 where applicable. Fees are non-refundable. For a citizen spouse, follow the PMLA/six-month distinction above. Approval still requires the issuance formalities.
