Choose the appropriate task
Use the contract guide when deciding whether an arrangement is employment or independent contracting. Use the KET checklist when preparing written terms. The verification tool helps check Employment Act compliance and daily or hourly pay calculations; it does not replace the underlying contract or statutory rules.
