Police report and embassy replacement
Report a lost foreign passport to police immediately and contact the relevant embassy for a replacement or temporary travel document. A short-term visitor may depart within the valid visit period using the replacement/temporary document and police report. Check the e-Pass deadline.
If found or replacement is delayed
If found before departure, inform police to cancel the loss record. If unable to obtain a document before the pass expires, contact ICA for assistance using its specified enquiry/in-person route. ICA LTVP/Student’s Pass holders update the new passport through the relevant ICA pass service.
