Land-checkpoint QR codes
Generate individual or group QR codes in MyICA for car, motorcycle, lorry or bus clearance at Woodlands/Tuas. A first-time foreign visitor entering Singapore, or a visitor entering with a passport different from the last visit, must present the passport first. QR clearance does not remove entry requirements or the need to carry travel documents for the rest of the journey.
Generate the correct profile
Use MyICA on the traveller’s phone to create individual/group QR codes with the actual passport particulars. Scan at the appropriate car, motorcycle, lorry or bus lane. If using an automated lane, the relevant biometrics must be available for verification. For example, a new passport that has never been used for entry must first be presented physically; later trips can use its QR profile.
