Follow the approval notice
Collect the IC personally at the location offered in the appointment service and within three months of approval. Prepare the documents listed in the notice and the existing card where relevant. The post-office option is offered only to eligible applicants; it has no additional collection fee.
School and biometric arrangements
First-registration cards processed at schools follow school collection arrangements. Other registrants complete their required biometrics before collection. The document and attendance requirements in the collection notice control the actual appointment; collecting an IC does not renew a passport or REP.
