Reporting and recovery
Report a lost IC to ICA immediately and apply for replacement within 14 days of reporting. A police report is not required and does not substitute for ICA reporting. If recovered before applying for replacement, send front/back copies to ICA’s enquiry channel; once replacement is submitted a new IC will be issued without refund. Overseas holders can use the service on their next return.
Documents and fees
Prepare a recent compliant photo, relevant name/marriage documents and the PR passport where applicable. Address changes may need recent mailed bills and verification. First loss costs S$100; subsequent losses S$300. Processing generally takes seven working days; collect within three months of approval.
