Eligibility and secure login
Citizens and PRs can use PW Portal when covered by PWM or employed by a firm hiring Work Permit, S Pass or EP holders. Relevant roles include cleaning, security, landscape, lift/escalator, retail including cashiers, food services, waste management, administrators and drivers. Singpass is required because the portal displays personal job and salary information; register for Singpass if necessary.
Compare salary and overtime
After login, check the job level, duties and salary. The orange salary tile shows monthly pay, while the blue minimum tile shows the applicable requirement. If orange is lower, ask the employer to investigate and correct pay. Enter overtime hours in the blue input box and select Check to see the full-time minimum including overtime or the part-time hourly rate. If the role is outside PWM but the firm hires foreign workers, check LQS separately. An uncovered role in an employer outside that LQS requirement follows the agreed wage rather than a PWM job floor.
Wrong or missing information
Ask the employer about incorrect salary, a wrong job level, an apparently uncovered PWM role or missing employment records. The employer may need to correct the Occupational Employment Dataset tagging. Assistance: 6320 7722, Monday–Friday 8.30am–5.30pm, or [email protected].
