Register a representative and subscribe to bulletins; encourage SGSecure app installation; brief escape routes; display Run–Hide–Tell and Press–Tie–Tell advisories; and use workplace training and events. Preparedness supports staff vigilance, cohesion and recovery from terror attacks and other disruptive situations.

Prepare the workforce

Training resources include attack/bleeding response advisories, briefing slides, short lesson plans, weapons-attack and overseas-travel tips, simulations and recovery roles. Response-team templates and psychological-first-aid guidance build capability. Cohesion resources include the employer CEP guide in English/Chinese, integration and community tips, crisis unity, threat awareness and inclusive-workforce guidance. Posters cover responders, escape routes, suspicious people/parcels and risk management; multilingual brochures are available in English, Bengali, Chinese and Tamil.

Protect premises and partner the community

Resources address physical safeguards, cyber-breach prevention and lessons from attacks in Medan, Bangkok, Texas, Ohio, Sri Lanka, Christchurch, Strasbourg, a French supermarket, Manhattan/New York, Spain, London Bridge and Manchester during 2017–2019. They also link bizSAFE, continuity planning and table-top exercises. Community materials include authority/training contacts, call trees, employee/next-of-kin records, emergency skills and allergies, network building and crisis communications.
